Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products and their sensitivity to climate conditions, we only accept returns or offer refunds under the following circumstances:
📦 Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged during shipping or lost by the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS), we will issue a refund or replacement.
🚫 Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If the shipping carrier marks your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, you may file a theft report with your local police department. To process your claim, please send the following:
Order number
Tracking number
A copy of the official police report

Once your claim is received and verified, we’ll be happy to issue a refund.
⏱️ Processing Time
Refunds or exchanges are processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
🚫 Important Notice
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is unopened and the return request meets the above conditions.
